ABOUT

I was brought up in Czech, where I spent more than half of my life.

In year 2000 I came to UK "just for three months to learn English language..." I am still here thirteen years later and that makes it longest three months in my life. As I work in IT I'd call it "Microsoft Timing"; for the ones who ever dealt with Microsoft know exactly what I mean.

I always had lots of hobbies - reading, painting, singing, playing guitar and piano, walking are just a few of many. The one I love most is motor biking. I used to be the "hardcore every-weather biker" in times when my bike was the only way of transport but now I am pleased that I can choose when to ride and therefore fully enjoy it. I am a member of Motorcycle Club Decin (CZ) and since in UK, I didn't pay my membership fee. I only hope they will not charge me an interest for all these years!

I love to travel - anywhere, anytime and with anybody. I am always carefully planning my restful holidays and when my best plans go pear-shape, they turn to be adventures. And I was on a few adventures!

I thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them even sometimes they seemed to be more dangerous and disastrous than I first thought. As you can guess - I survived them all so far!

I have joined Wolverton G&S which was performing Gondoliers in Stantonbury theatre, Milton Keynes (31.3.2009 - 4.4.2009). It was fun when I was supposed to dance and sing at the same time, especially when everything was in English. At least I didn't have to sing with a Cockney accent like a few years ago when I was performing with Music Makers show My Fair Lady. (Not I would have problem with that, of course!)

I hear people say quite often they have nothing to do and they are bored. Well, I cannot agree with them. I have many plans for what I would like to do and I do not have enough time in my life to do it.

I've learned that even smallest things in life can make a big difference and to have "a plan for every occasion" is almost the solution to life, the universe and everything...
